While I don’t look forward to snow and ice, I do look forward to cooler weather when soup is a good meal to have. When I do our menu for next week, this will make the list for sure. I’ve tried many different black bean soup recipes but was never quite satisfied. From past experience, this one will probably be a keeper! Pretty much this time of year, we spend alot of time making leaves go away – we have 7/200 year old oak trees in our yard and I can’t even explain how many leaves there are! So a great soup is always good for dinner. Stay warm…
