This dip is delicious. I’ll need to double it next time. It was gone in 10 minutes. It’s not a creamy gooey dip as the feta doesn’t melt that way but it was REALLY good. If you love feta and spinach, you’ll love this. So easy to put together. Don’t forget to squeeze the water out of the spinach. 🙂 Great go-to recipe.
