Started the dough for the 2 French bread loafs on a Friday and let the dough rise in the refrigerator overnight. Baked them off on Saturday afternoon. Cut them in half and spread this incredibly delicious garlic spread on top of the halves. Baked them for 10 minutes, put the mozzarella on top and baked for 5 more minutes. I served them with my Jambalaya and I will tell you my friends couldn’t get enough of this amazing garlic bread. I can’t see not using the mozzarella on it, it kicks it up a notch and totally impressed my friends. Finally a garlic bread that can be served with fine food. I should mention that I am a Professional Chef. This is now my go to recipe for garlic bread, astonishingly delicious.
