This is absolutely fantastic! The older I get the harder it is to eat steak. This is so delicious and tender. My husband loves it also, so that’s a bonus. It is super easy to make. If you haven’t tried it you are missing out!

My boyfriend is a picky eater and I didn’t grow up eating or cooking any meat. This was my first time cooking steak and it turned out perfectly! The instructions and notes at the bottom were so helpful for a first-timer like me.

I’ve just never used a cast iron pan before, so I ended up setting off the fire alarm! 🤣 But nonetheless, these came out perfectly and my boyfriend and I were very impressed. I served them with garlic smashed potatoes and everything was delicious. Thank you!!
